Elizabeth Wood sent me these pages as a box of unbound photo copies. I have talked with Geoff Cummins and he is happy to have them made available on a web site. However, he would have liked to have it retyped onto a computer file so that he could edit it. The original was typed in the early 1970's onto Gestetner sheets and duplicated in that form, before micro computers were available. I have added a few other documents that I have come across that I have found of interest. These are noted. The original numbering of documents has been retained.
